but it's been brilliant! This was today's weather in the wonder North East of England.
I said to myself that I was going to tidy and clear my shit-tip of a barn
And all I actually managed to do in the space of 4 hours was this:
I'm not proud, and I'm not sorry. It was really nice and relaxing just to mess about, under no pressure, radio on, weather coming down, with a packet of cigarettes and my dogs. End of shit post.

Small steps. Set a goal that's less than you think you should do, get there, and see if you want to keep going. My recipe for semi-idleness.
